Re: 1 players in queue

So on this account im just stuck on matchmaking, like it wont load into any match not even firing range and if i am with people in a party they also just get stuck on the matchmaking phase or "1 in queue" 
if i change accounts there is no problem to play and everything works fine

Has anyone experienced this or has any clue to what is going on?
