Stuck in queue for 5+ minutes for unranked?

I am stuck in queue, i have restart the game, verified files. my connection to the server is fine and i have fiber internet. The issue is it will put me in queue, and then as soon as it hits like 40+ players it drops back down to like 15 without sticking me in a game creating unranked trio queue times of over 5+ minutes in EU servers at peak times. Game feels basically unplayable when I get more queue time than time in match half of the time. Even my ranked games don't take this long
