stuck in queue

Hi there, for a few days now ive been unable do join games. It always says matchmaking 1 Player in Queue. I tried reinstalling, switching ips mac adresses and DNS Servers i even called tech support b...

      Which datacenter are you normally connected to? Does switching to a different one make any difference?

        I'm usually on frankfut 1/2 i also tried Belgium and Amsterdam
