Stuck on Loading screen on ps4/5 but if i go on a different account it works

Since today I can't make it past the black loading screen after the menu on apex legends and eventually I get Code net I've tried to sign in on ps5 and 4 but nothing and if I go on a different accoun...

Thanks I need the help please I'm a day 1 player with alot of time and money spent on the account that I can't play on

Just to confirm, when was the last time you had tried logging in? Was it pretty recently?

@EA_Kent Hi, I have the exact same problem for 3 days now. I have tried all the troubleshoots given to me and nothing is letting me log in..

    Yes, I am playing on a ps4 pro.

I'm having the same issue on PS4. For me it happened after the brief server crash about 2 or 3 days ago. I was playing, then the servers went down temporarily, then when they came back up, I couldn't get past the loading screen.

    I am experiencing same thing today, i was able to connect the game last week. But today, i tried to enter the game it stucks in the loading screen and whatever i did, i could not solve the issue, also at www.origin.com i cannot sign into my account, i get "Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later." error. However, i tried to sign in at different pc , i succesfully signed in. Can you solve the connection error please. Thanks in advance
