Stuck on Loading screen on ps4/5 but if i go on a different account it works

Since today I can't make it past the black loading screen after the menu on apex legends and eventually I get Code net I've tried to sign in on ps5 and 4 but nothing and if I go on a different accoun...

@EA_Kent Hi, I have the exact same problem for 3 days now. I have tried all the troubleshoots given to me and nothing is letting me log in..

Thank you for reaching out. We're currently working on gathering up some additional details on this. Can you confirm on which platform you're seeing this issue? Are you also playing on PS4, or do you play elsewhere?
