Stuck on Processing and compiling shaders

I updated my GPU drivers uninstalled and reinstalled tried both steam and EA app reinstalled a bunch of time and yes to no result.

The game launches as usual but gets stuck on "Processing and compiling shaders 13270/13270" even left if overnight and nothing 

Clicked repair did everything i could think of yet nothing someone pls help 

If it helps below are my pc specs:

CPU i7-6820hq 

GPU Nvdia quadro m2000m 

32GB of Ram
