Stuttering issues after genesis update

The game has become impossible to play as it sttuters even on champion screem. I skip frames in fights. Cant even play arenas. I am on origin. I repaired the game with lastest nvidia drivers. Sea...

@AbysmalEzGame yep, my HDD uses 99% when the game stutters hard...
CPU- 99/100%
HDD- 99%
GPU- 30/60 (but is only a GTX 1060 so it's normal...)

I would like each of you to be able to play the game normally without fps drops, stuttering, best regardss

Being the sucker that I am, I cleaned out all my cached files and did a fresh install... 100% CPU but I thought I would try it. Already uninstalled again... absolutely unplayable... same exact computer that was playing it fine prior to Genesis but I don't know... aliens I guess..

i don't know you guys, but someone noticed that after the other 2 games came to the map rotation, the stuttering get worse then ever? i think something with KC is causing this, thinking about it makes sense because everything started with the Genesis that brought back the first KC, maybe some File from it is causing the problem....

duuude it's completely unplayable when the rotation comes to KC completely!!!!
