Subject: Apex Legends issue on PS5

Hello, I have a problem with Apex Legends on my PS5. Only I can’t join matches — when I’m in a party with friends, they enter but I stay in the lobby. I also have a 30–40 second delay in the lobby. I’ve reinstalled the game and checked servers and internet, but nothing helped. Please assist. Thank you.
