Support keep repeating the same questions

I am trying to delete my account on Apex but I keep on getting an repeating cycle of emails from EA Help. It's been almost a week now and they have assigned like 11 guys to my ticket and it hasn't been resolved. They like ask for the same information, I email them back with said information, and a day later there’s a new person asking for the information again.

I'm now getting infuriated because of this. Is there another way to reach out for this?

  • Hi @keeeyzuuu

I'm sorry to hear that. You should only need to pass on the details required once. If email hasn't been very successful, try a different contact option instead. Live support should yield better results. The conversations take place in real time and the advisors on phone or live chat will be able to review the previous case details and see the information you've sent on to date.

Try opening a new case on EA Help and choose the following categories to get the ball rolling on that:

    1. You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

    2. Click on Origin as your product

    3. Then select 'PC

    4. Manage my Account'

    5. Can't log in

Then choose from the available contact options that appears.

  • @keeeyzuuu I can't speak from experience, but I found this older thread on this topic, with a reply from a CM that has a link with information on how to do this. At first glance, it looks like info on how to delete an EA account, not an Apex Legends account specifically, so I'm not sure if you can delete an account for a specific game. Link to the other thread is down below for you. Best of luck!

@dSKyNafinchin This is what I did. I requested for a Apex account deletion then they changed it to Origin account deletion but they are still repeating the same questions as before.
