Suspension timer not updating

Does anyone know why my suspension days aren't going down? The other day I was suspended from origin and it said i was suspended for 7 days. I understood and decided to wait it out but now wit been about 4 days and it still says I have 7 days left but on my infraction history it says I'm suspended until 09/11/21 so wouldn't that mean i only have 3 days left?

Hey @GoddessCalypso,

If you were seeing notice of a 7 day suspension initially, that should automatically be removed once the full amount of time has passed.

I would not be concerned that the timer isn't changing daily, however if you're still seeing the ban after 7 days please reach out here so our team can take a look.

Sorry about the confusion with that. Even if the remaining time isn't updating, as you're provided that specific end date the suspension should automatically be removed at that point.

While that should clear up on its own at the specified time, if you're still unable to get back in-game after that please do reach out here so our ToS team can see what may be going on.

what if I don’t have a specific date that says it is to be unlocked and the timer is not updating from 7 days to 4 days left? Should I wait it out? I just want to make sure I am unbanned at the proper time so I am able to buy items in the store before they disappear.
