Switch and PS4 account for Apex

I recently merged my switch and PS4 account together for cross progression but when I go to my PS4 to play apex the only stuff I have is from my switch, i do have my ps plus packs too though. I had all of the legends unlocked on the PlayStation account, fuse's heirloom, and a bunch of other skins but they're not showing up. Does anyone know what's going on and if I can fix this?

To confirm this would be working as intended in this case,

Progress and Items are stored at the EA account level and not the Platform account. When you unlink the platform account to have it linked to a new EA account you do so without taking your progress and items.

To attempt to recover your progress you will need to link your platform accounts back to their original EA account.

To confirm was the PSN account ever linked to another EA account, before the one it's currently linked to?

Yes the switch account and PlayStation account were on different emails but I changed it to have both my switch account and my PSN account under the same email
