Switched game accelerator node and now my account is banned
9 days ago, because my area cannot directly play apex and log in to the ea account, I need to use an accelerator. I am too stuck in the apex game and when logging into the ea platform or cannot log in. I need Switching nodes allowed me to play the game normally and log in to the platform smoothly. However, just 9 days ago on April 17, I received an email from EA saying that there was abnormal activity on my account, thus locking my account. , I have contacted the game consultant but the chat option is not available, the only option is email and very slow to respond to us, I come from a single parent family and am autistic, gaming is everything to me, I paid for this game A lot, and I have recharged a lot of money. I love this game very much. I have no other interests. The only thing I like is to play games on the ea game platform. I can provide the evidence I have and my ea data can provide. Why is EA doing this to me? I just want to play the games I pay for.

I would highly recommend removing or deleting that post as quickly as possible. Please keep your account details secure and private, and do not post them in a public location.
As far as the ban itself, I'm afraid we cannot review or change any account actions here on the forums.
If you're having trouble opening a case, please be sure you're following these steps to appeal with our Terms of Service team rather than opening a normal case. The ToS team will be able to review the ban and will reach back out via email, thank you.
