i had an account on xbox with so much cosmetics and heirlooms, i recently tried merging accounts and its saying it cant happen due to my email being linked to another steam but thats not true. please help. about level 600, rather not restart. ty
NickRhodzz7 Your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account level, (not on the platform account level), which cannot be transferred, (or merged), to another EA Account.
All you can do, is to link your Steam, (or Xbox), Account to the same EA Account that the other platform account is linked to, however, that won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data either, (and you will lose access to the Apex progress and data that is accessible by the platform account you choose to unlink).
This means that if you wish to keep the Apex progress and data that is accessible by both platform accounts, do not unlink anything and keep both accounts separated.
