Temporarily banned but no penalty history
It says I’ve been banned for 7 days doesn’t give me a reason just says I’ve been banned for 7 days and when I go to ea to check my account penalties there’s not a single thing there

You can still appeal a ban that you don't see in your penalty history if you follow the steps here. Just note that it can take a few days for them to get back to you.
Also, maybe this is a silly question, but is it possible that you're actually playing on a different account than the one you're using to log in with? If you didn't get an email with more information, it might explain why.
