check the solution on this post, maybe it'll help This has to be a server sided problem caused by Easy Anti-Cheat. So many people complaining on the same day is no coincidence.
Please get this fixed.
Yeah, that should be the case, non of that above has helped me, i think it's has something to do with their side, servers or something, because of upcoming Crypto and new season stuff
Thank you guys, we'll keep searching thoI'm sorry, but this doesn't work. I've tried everything possible except deleting the whole game and downloading it all over again (which some people have already tried many times with no result). Just yesterday i was playing perfectly fine and today i get this error out of nowhere. The Issue HAS to be from the game and not from my PC as my settings, programmes, windows, software, etc, couldn't have changed out of nowhere on their own in the span of few hours. If the issue was my boot or antivirus or whatever the game wouldn't have launched from the moment i downloaded it, not just decide to stop working now for no reason.
Please try to figure out this issue as soon as possible so we can be able to play again.
Attempted multiple Clean boots, and the problem has persisted.
The game was running fine Wednesday night from 1am-2am PST, and began presenting errors yesterday, Thursday, morning. I kept a list as I was working through the issue and have tried the following:
8 full game reinstalls
2 origin reinstalls
3 full reinstalls of EAC
too many EAC repair tool cycles
origin repair game on fresh installs, and after deleting the main .exe in an attempt to kickstart a fix
3 runs of “sfc /scannow” followed by “dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth”
a full system shutdown using “shutdown /s /f /t 0”
scanned for malware
scanned for rootkits
uninstalling Malwarebytes, avast, all RGB controlling software
Run stress tests on my hardware, and passed, as suggested by EACI am pretty discouraged that none of these steps seemed to solve, or even delay being kicked from the game with that same error message. I almost wish I was kidding with this list, it’s pretty ridiculous to go through all this just to play a game.
Same here. Annoying error since 2 days. I had the same problem like 3 weeks ago, before the tournament. This is bug from server side not from users... Game has 8 moths and still so buged. REPAIR THIS BULLS***T
i too have done the following
run cmd and did sfc /scannow
repair EAC
uninstall, reinstall EAC
uninstall and reinstall apex
still get the same error
Yup. Same here. Was playing fine all day until last night when this began. I had the issue as well when the Wraith Event started and nothing worked. It seemed to fix itself after a couple of days. Either way, I agree this has to be a server side issue with EAC due to the changes from ending the Wraith Event.
This is really not cool. Please fix this.

Just popping in again, issues are continuing. I've noticed that now if I ignore the initial disconnect and attempt to rejoin a MP match, or even training, I get an auto disconnect on the client load.
