I was in the firing range warming up and the game crashes with the error "The client's game account has been banned". When I checked my account ban history there it shows I have no infractions or any sorts of ban on the ID. Then I came across this video of MANDE a well known streamer/content creator in which he also got banned live with the same error and he also got his id back! @ClamSlaya That's wild. I don't even understand how you could get banned for a ToS violation if your record is clearly showing no EA Ban.Unfortunately, looking at other posts on this: EA Answers will tell you they can't help and to make a ticket/contact support.So we're really just stuck waiting until someone silently unbans everyone as they have done previously for other accounts. Feels a little deceptive in my opinion.

In the same boat. I did not play for over 2 weeks. Logged into today and got maybe 6-8 games in before I got kicked out of ranked for client ban. I was able to log in again for short bit before the same thing happened. "The client's game account has been banned". EA Ban History is clear and it seems pretty clear this isn't a true ban, but some kind of bug. The only question is what exactly is triggering this bug and how do we prevent it from happening again? Don't forget to make a case with EA support and download your EA account history. Download the history to confirm that your account wasn't hacked or accessed by someone else. There seems to be reports of unknown parties bypassing 2FA and stealing accounts. Mine was clear, but some of these bans can be explained due to that.

@WarMuffin0341 Bro I have never in millions years used any sort of cheats or third party applications which are against the games or Ea's policies. But still they banned my ID! I have received reply from the advisors that this would be the final decision. But the question is why would I use cheats or any third party applications on my main account in which i gave more than 2500 hours and also have 3 HEIRLOOM'S and I also have some sort of proof that this is a bug! @SiddarthRoy_YT I got banned 2 days ago for no reason. I appealed and got denied. I am appealing again. This game has rampant cheaters, and yet I'm getting banned for no reason. If I don't get my 3500 hour account with tons of heirlooms back I will not be playing this game anymore. This is absolutely BS

@ClamSlaya There are a hell lot of cheaters still in game using hacks freely but they are banning us with no record of cheats or infractions and despite of having all the proof that it is a false BAN here i am waiting and disputing!

I had an infraction two years ago for telling some guys to eff off, but that was TWO years ago. I don't cheat. This customer service is a joke. no wonder the game is dying. If I don't get my account back I could care less. I have spent way too much time and money on this account to start over. Also here is a picture of me with HAL and Wigg at LAN.

@ClamSlaya If you don't mind me asking, does your EA account also show no bans in your history?

Trying to gather some additional information so we can have consistent evidence across all of our reports.

As this happens more and more, it'll (hopefully) strengthen our reports and maybe assist with identifying what exactly is triggering this.

@WarMuffin0341 It shows no bans in my history, but I got an email telling me I cheated and denied my appeal. I never cheated though. No ban history. Ridiculous
