The cross progression make me lost all my ranked rewards

Hello I only have one EA account. I was playing on xbox in 2020 but since 2022 I play on PC. I linked my accounts to get some skins. The problem is that I've lost all my PC ranked progress. How can ...

@Rockorolla This problem happened to many people. But no one is helping right now.

I lost my account with over 2000 hours of game time. I shared my problem in this forum. 1 community manager said my account level is not high. :D But I have photo proof. 30,000 kills, 500 lvl account, 2 preds ranks, s0-s19 statistics

@FABUL1Ss same I lost all masters badges and stats... this is too much. I think I am not gonna play this game anymore

  Is this my fault to play another platform ? Idk who made this last 5 season level decision. But i think he likes when people losing their times.
