"The game account in the client has been banned."

I am a normal player from China. I logged in Apex Legends through Steam this morning. I only went to the toilet for a few minutes and was disconnected due to inactivity. When I logged back in, I was banned immediately for no reason.

I have never used any cheats, hacks, third-party software, or modified game files. My account was wrongfully banned.

I am extremely confused and saddened by this. Why was I banned just because I didn't perform the operation in the hall? I can provide a 1 minute and 30 seconds replay and screenshots as evidence. I don't know which browser to use in China to file an appeal. Every appeal ends up with an internal server error.

I also tried to check the penalty records of my account, but it showed that I had not been punished or banned. This really puzzled me.
