I'm trying to start the game but it is stuck at "Initializing"

i tried cache clear but that made no difference

@Heeiiisenberg Are you also running Origin as an Administrator after the cache clear?
After clearing the cache and running it in administrator it started thank you
Tried cache clear and running as admin. No change, doesn't work.
Was running the game fine earlier today, now I can't.
