The quest "First piece" connecting problem

I am not getting connected to the quest, keeps going between "starting server´" and "matchmaking". Isn't this supposed to be PVE?

    The connection issues that were happening earlier today should be fixed now. Thanks again for being patient with us while it was under investigation.
