Saw other post on Reddit, this issue is caused by club system. This guy managed to contact with Dev. and after deleting the club, this issue is finally fixed. https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/jodgsu/i_cant_launch_the_game_anymore_because_i_did_a/
