This account is not permitted to play online error.

Recently i've attempted to play Apex . When trying to log into the main menu screen, I am prompted with a message stating: " This account is not permitted to play online." 

Piror to this instance, i've never had any issues logging in and playing the game and my account is not banned or suspended. 
I've tried various troubleshooting methods such as checking the server status, completely shutting down my console, clearing the MAC Address, Clearing the Saved game data, Uninstalling and Reinstalling ect to no avail.

It'd be very much greatly appericated if anyoe can assist in solving this error, so I am able to get back to enjoying the game.
