This is fraud, the heirloom bug still exists.
I need a refund. You’re fooling the players.
After the anniversary you said you fixed the bug, well, I understand that it’s not unacceptable to have a bug in your code.
I bought another 1,000 packs to get two heirlooms, plus one from the anniversary, looks good, you did fix the bug, but what happened to all the packs I opened before the anniversary?
If I was a new account that just created, I would have three heirlooms right now. I do have three heirlooms, but my account has been playing since the first season.
Not to mention I bought a lot before, where are my packs that opened from level and season pass?
This is ridiculous, I am totally disappointed.
