This is ridiculous

So I reinstalled apex just to give it another shot. I just found out that my cosmetics were completely wiped out. I have been playing since season 1. And I had this problem since season 11 I believe. And I had no contact with ANYONE. Can someone please help I have proof with attachments with stats and everything.
