Apex progress gone

Once the latest update was release

i was asked to relogin into my EA acoount 

once j logged in i found all my progress was gone and i was back at level 1

with over 1000 hours in the game 

this is extremely frustrating 

please fix this

i contacted support live chat multiple times times they keep telling me they will transfer me to a dedicated advisors and put me all the way at the back of the line. After already waiting 12+ hours

    Dude same I posted mine about this like a few hours ago and had nothing yet, this team sucks

    Hello MoeSehly​,

    that sounds like you logged into the wrong EA account - please try and find the correct account that you've been playing Apex on before.

    I think i might know what it was just not sure 

    can i unlink this one and sign in on the other

    it says i have to wait 6 months

    As in, unlink a platform account to link it to another EA account? If you want to do that, you can try contacting Support and explaining your situation there - they might be able to manually unlink the account and link it to the correct one.

    Yes exactly unlinking my psn account from the current level 1 account which is obviously not the one i used to play with, and try to connect to my other ea account.

    i tried contacting support as i showed in the screenshot but to no avail.

    they keep referring me and holding me for eternity

    Waiting times are currently quite long as there's two betas for EA games happening at the moment. You can either continue trying to stay in the queue, send an e-mail (which will also take a few days) or wait a few days to try contacting support through live chat again.
