I restarted my game and it doesn’t seem to work... changed my psn account and it’s still the same... help me, thank you!

I downloaded apex legends on my ps4, but it says "your account is not permitted to play online" but I have ps plus and the account is over 18.I think I need to link my ps4 with ea but there's no way on AL to link it because it isn't prompting me. What do I do?

Had the same issue and this is what I did to solve it.First of all a kids account is not working at all even with PSN+ subscription. Also not if you remove all limits. The birthdate is leading and will block the game.1. So we created a new account with age 18+2. Made this the mail account for the console3, Used the same account to log in to EA's network and linked the accounts.4. Subscribed to PSN+ as test for 14 days (its free the first 14 days)5. Changed settings on the PS4 to start and log in with this new account.6. Switched off the PS4 completely and restarted it.PS4 is starting up with the new account and after start of Apex L. it was working fine.In between all steps we tried to start the game but always got the same error that it was not permitted to play online.Hope this helps some people...Cheers!

I have Xbox gold, it's my Xbox one ,I paid for it. When I try to press "A" to continue at the main screen a message appears...this profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com unable to connect for additional information... I tried the website...came up with a error..I press "A" again and it prompts me to purchase Xbox live gold....Help

Need some more detail.Are you on a Sub account playing on the same Playstation? Like a parent (or someone) is the primary PSN account and you're is a secondary (sub) account?If you are a sub-account does the primary have a PS+ subscription?If not a sub account Does your account have it's own PS+ sucscription?

I can't play apex legends on ps4 pro, because my younger bruder is start the game with his account, it says: "this account is not permitted to play online" the game i'snt let me play.

I had it to... if u have an pc or laptop... try to male an da account or log in... download apex legends on your pc
And hey to link it to your ps4... I wworked tot me...

Yesterday I played perfectly APEX on the XBOX. Today I come to play and they tell me that my profile is not permitted to play online. Like what??

I was online and tried to login and play Apex Legends and I couldn’t because after I pressed continue it said this profile is not permitted to play online, I have Xbox live gold , I check my email and I haven’t gotten anything from you guys about my account, is there anyway I can fix this?

Uninstall and reinstall and should work it kept happening to me on Xbox and it worked

Here is the solution- Just remove all the other user or profiles from your ps or xbox and keep the main parent user and boom done
