I cannot log into my EA account on my PS4 therefore I cannot receive my twitch prime skin.

Account linked, reward claimed (marked as claimed from twitch account), but still no item in game... restarted several times
Ok after restarting the game because it disconnected me and could not reconnect, i got the reward
