@BeastinRicky We use T-mobile and it's the stock router they provided. We're considering getting a compatible third party router with more customization options. Don't really want to since it worked find prior to the Upheaval update, and have a similar hope to your that this problem disappears as randomly as it showed up.

@HammerStrike815 So, we came back to the game after a few weeks and found that if we changed our NAT type on the router to "Open" from "secure", things seem to work now. Hopefully there aren't too many consequences for doing so.
Again, we had this set to "secure" for 2.5 years before and we could play with two xboxes no problem, but maybe they did something in one of those updates to make Apex no longer play nice with this NAT type set to "secure".
Or, maybe it was a totally separate issue that they fixed and it's just total coincidence that I changed something and it worked. But that's about all I can give ya at the moment. Good luck!
