Unable to appeal ban.

That's what you don't understand , I'm not looking for an exception. I am looking for ways to forward my information to the TOS team correctly. Salmon answered me with that question because clearly you have no idea what you are talking about .
Here a few post that explain the exact issue im having , and heres proof that these people got unbanned. Its no exception, its a clear problem with the system.

MilkSheikW​ Ah I see, apologies for not sharing the same link that EA_Salmon​ did, (the reason for which is when I went to get the link myself, I kept running into the AI chat bot, (which wouldn't of been helpful to you either)).

As for the links you've shared, those all appear to be from a few years ago which may not accurately reflect the system today, (be for better or for worse), and I did see another link earlier that you had shared, (which I don't see now), to which that one had a screenshot that did kinda look fake, (but I am unsure if it was fake or not).

As for the reason why I didn't Google those links myself is because I may find links that weren't related to what you were talking about, (which may prove problematic as I may end up at a different conclusion than you would of otherwise had hoped).

I am writing here again to inform the people that told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to get this ban overturned with DSAR logs and concrete proofs. I even wrote a physical letter to EA regarding the issue. I have been unbanned on the 8th of May , and the EA privacy team followed with my SAR request on the 11th of may by email. Even tho the email was not saying I was getting unbanned, it gave me more information about the ban and why the account was banned in the first place. After checking the SAR logs they provided me, the anti-cheat logs showed I got banned on the 8th of may ( the account has been banned for 3 or 4 months now ) I tried login on Apex and boom , I am unbanned ! There was no confirmation about me being unbanned , but the information I requested was given to me , and I assume in the process they actually manually reviewed the account. 3 ban appeal that got rejected with the same robotic answer, people on the forums telling me its IMPOSSIBLE for my ban to get overturned. If you really are not a cheater and your account got compromised and banned and you're able to push concrete proof to the team , it is POSSIBLE.

Bro I’m in the exact same boat as you. Got banned April 1st still locked till now. After one appeal, all my ban history just vanished out of nowhere, and I’m totally stuck. Been playing this game for 4 years straight, I just don’t have the heart or energy to start over on a brand new account.

If you haven’t already, it may be worth trying the following before submitting again:

1. Clear your browser cookies/cache.
2. Try a different browser or an incognito/private window.
3. Temporarily disable any extensions, auto-translate tools, or ad blockers.
4. Try again using a different email address if needed.

No worries ! Thanks for the help at first , I know you guys cant do much more from over here. But it would be nice if people would be redirected to an actual method that works ! Atleast so they could dispute their case like I did .
