unable to connect to ea server

every time I try to start a game the game crashes and takes me to the initial loading screen, I tried everything and I even consulted live support but without any solution, every time I try to start it gives me the first loading screen and the game crashes before getting to the choice of legends, before starting a game I crash at least 5/6 times and I always crash after I have finished a game
