unable to connect to ea servers (code Anti-cheat authentication timeout)

this happened to me last night and is still happening to me today. I’ve tried updating drivers resetting internet and reinstalling the game and nothing has worked. It’s also happening to my friends on pc too but my friend on console is just fine.  anyone else experiencing this or know a fix?
