Unable to connect to EA servers Xbox Series S

Hello! I was playing just fine yesterday and all of a sudden after I logged off for a few minutes, I can’t get past the first screen. I press A and I get a “RETRIEVING MATCHMAKING LIST…” message and then I get another message that says “Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.” I thought it was my ISP (although I have a 150mbs connection) but I can play other online games fine. I searched around and did all the recommended steps; like resetting both my router modem and my console, it didn’t work. I also reinstalled the game and it didn’t work either. I really don’t know what to do.

Hello, everyone. I'm now going to lock this thread as we are not aware of any issues that would prevent connecting. There are some suggestions in this article that may help with connection issues. You're also welcome to create a new thread or open a case with an advisor here for assistance.

I've done this before and it didn't work. Every time I enter an online mode and press "play match" it shows this message "You have lost your online connection. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you reconnect to EA's servers. Visit da.com/unable-to-connect to learn more.
My video game is an Xbox series s and I use cable internet, and I've been trying everything for more than five days, but it hasn't worked.
