Unable to purchase a skin due to an issue with the store

Was unable to buy the Wraith void walker skin due to a technical error with the store, the store was all white for a day... the last day where i could get the skin, this is very frustrating as i had been waiting a long time to get it, can anyone help regarding possibly getting another chance to get it?
