Unable to purchase coins

I have the funds ready to go in my Steam wallet. I purchase coins, and it doesn't deduct money from my account or give me the coins. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this, or know how to contact support to fix it? I tried to contact Steam support, but it just gave me links to the EA Forums and support.
