Unable to purchase in-game
An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #1408000]" it also appears every time I try to purchase apex coins.
this appears when i try to make in-game transactions. However EA desctop app allows me to purchase apex coins but not the Apex expansion packs, it says that in game purchases are currently under technical repairs, however its already been 2 days since then, how long more is it going to be ?
Hey @XpeacefulpeachX, can you try removing your payment methods associated with your Origin account and then on the checkout pager re-enter it.
If the issue remains then for account and billing issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

Manage my Account'
Can't log in
