Unable to Submit Ban Appeal

Sorry to hear you’ve been running into the Case not created error and still haven’t been able to submit your appeal.

Since you’ve already tried Penalty History, incognito mode, and the webform, please first double-check that you’re signed into the EA Account that actually has the active account action. You can also check your Connected Accounts and Order History to help confirm you’re on the correct account.

You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, using a different browser or device, and trying a different network before attempting the appeal again.

If you’ve confirmed that the account is correct but you still can’t create an appeal and the webform doesn’t show an Email us option, please try contacting Live Support and let them know that the appeal system is not creating a case. They may be able to help you get a case created.
