Unfairly banned, case dropped by support
Last week I logged into apex legends for the first time in a long time, last time I actively played it was close to launch in 2019 i believe?, but then as I was getting ready to queue up my friends I found out my account was banned, in-game there were no reasons as to why
I made a ticket to contact support and got directed to the terms of service team, they told me my account was going to stay banned. I then responded and told them there must have been something wrong, and they replied with the same response. shown here below.
I then tried my best to find out how it happened, I browsed through my mail to see if I had any old messages, it seems like my ban came in 2021, despite me being sure I never played apex that year, I was wondering whether it was because someone got access to my account, but I can't find anything that shows that. I requested all the data EA has on me and all the logs show logins from the past year. I live in Denmark and don't use a VPN so it would have been nice if they could at least tell me if someone else was on my account when it happened.
I feel very poorly treated
edit: as they told me my case was dropped and havented replied since, who do i contact? do i make another ticket?
All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
