Unjustified account ban About filing an objection
On the morning of September 7th, Japan time, I played Master Band solo, and my account was suddenly banned even though I didn't use any hardware cheats, software cheats, etc.
Therefore, when I tried to file an objection on the EA official website, it did not complete the review at all, and only "The objection was not completed" was displayed.

If you keep getting the same error about the dispute not being created correctly, you can try again in an incognito window of your browser or by submitting it as a guest after logging out of your EA Account.
