Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I am extremely frustrated with the recent ban on my account. I have strictly followed all User Agreements. I returned to the game recently after a hiatus of several years, and my gameplay reflected my lack of practice—I didn't even get a single kill. How can playing poorly be considered "using unauthorized methods"?

I spent a lot of money on this game. To be banned without cause, possibly due to a misunderstanding of my poor performance, is unacceptable and infuriating.

Since the automated appeal system is not working for me and I cannot reach a human agent, I am reaching out here. I demand a reasonable explanation and a review of my account activity logs.

    EA_Mako​ I have attempted to submit an appeal using Incognito mode and other browsers, but I am still unable to create a ticket. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game, and I am unwilling to lose my account without a fight. Could you please assist me in manually creating an appeal case?

    Hey FreMenss​,

    I've moved your thread here as we are unable to assist with or review any bans via the forums.

    For this, you'll need to reach out to our Terms of Service team by submitting an appeal. I see you've tried that once already without the case being created, however if you're still running into that after trying again as the error suggests, it may also be worth using an incognito mode window or different browser entirely to see if there's any change.

    These appeals are not automated, so once our Terms of Service team is able to complete their investigation they'll reach back out. Please keep an eye on your case history once that appeal is able to be created, thanks!

    Sorry to your situations brother. i am in the same exact situation and all i ask is it to be proberly looked at by an actual funtional human. I have 3000+ hours myself on apex, with money spent well in large quantity. we deserve prober care and service for our loyal contribution playing your game and spenting so much money on your games.

    I won't rest till i get a prober service that should be given to me, as that is my/our rights
