UNPLAYABLE PING SPIKES ON APEX LEGENDS ONLY

Hi, im having insane ping spikes that started happening since the cloudflare issues i believe, i now average 100 ping with spikes going up to 1000+ but ONLY on apex legends, other games are completely fine. Tried running a speed test ; comes back completely normal.

getting a bunch of red warnings top right when ping spikes.

The game was super smooth last week. I got a quality survey, and after saying NO, I didn't enjoy the previous match because my squadmates rage-quit. Ever since then, there have been red symbols all over the place. I even got a symbol I have never seen before.
