Unranked Trios High Ping

I get 100+ ping consistently, but only in unranked trios. I've played 10+ games with every game having anywhere from a constant 100-130 ping. Note that this number is quite stable and does not fluctuate more than +/- 10 ms. I've tried ranked, wildcard, and unranked duos and do not have this issue, uusally getting 20-30 ping.
