[Urgent] False Positive Ban: Video & System Proof Inside

Hello EA Community Managers and players,

I am writing here out of complete desperation. My Apex Legends account was recently banned. I tried appealing through the EA Help website, but the system is heavily bugged, and my one ticket was instantly closed with an automated rejection. No human has actually looked at my evidence, and I am 100% certain this ban is a false positive.

Here is my definitive proof:

This is raw, unedited footage of the match where I got banned (the ban happens at the end). If you watch my gameplay, you can clearly see my aim, movement, and game sense are completely natural. I did not use any cheats.

2. Task Manager Screenshot (Attached below): Right after the ban, I took a screenshot of my Task Manager. As a dedicated FPS player, I constantly tweak and optimize my system settings to ensure the highest possible framerates and lowest input lag. As you can see in the screenshot, I am running system optimization tools like Process Lasso and Intelligent standby list cleaner (ISLC), along with Overwolf for gaming overlays. There are NO unauthorized hacks running. I strongly suspect that Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) mistakenly flagged one of these memory/CPU optimization tools as a prohibited program.
