Voice and text chat aren’t available for your account.

1 month with this problem and still no fix.

I also cant use the text chat both unavailable

Update: you can download the ps4 version and use communication normally.

I know it’s a downgrade, but if you don’t mind, try downloading the PS4 version on your PS5. Voice and text chat work for me there, while the PS5 version still gives me the same issue.

I have the exact same issue on PS5. No active penalties that I can find, and I haven’t found a solution yet.

what about text chat can you use it or it’s restricted too?

I’m still having the issue. I’ve tried reinstalling Apex, rebuilding the database, restoring licenses, and testing another PS account on the same PS5. No luck so far

I recently came back to play apex and started to notice that noboy answers me anymore, and didn't hear a single person in the game which was odd. I found out that "my account" is not allowed to voice chat,

I'm on ps5 and I have tried everything that could be the issue, I don't knkw what to do anymore. And I did not find anything as a penalty or complaint registered. Can somebody help on this?

I'm having The same issue on PS5, any updates? 2 weeks without chat or text.
