Ranked-only packet loss. ISP is xfinity, located in New Jersey.

I’m experiencing inconsistent packet loss in Apex Legends ranked on PC via the EA app.

What’s happening:

• Packet loss occurs only in ranked
• It happens across all data centers
• The issue is inconsistent/intermittent
• Other online games are not affected

Troubleshooting already done:

• Checked multiple Apex data centers
• Ran packetloss tests on my internet while experiencing packetloss in game and packetloss test shows 0 packetloss, despite what is happening in game
• spoke with ISP and there are no issues on their end
• Issue still persists

Result:
This appears to be a ranked-specific Apex issue, not a problem with my ISP, home network, or a single data center.
