I've been dealing with this issue for a week and EA keep giving me the run around because they do not know what the hell they are doing. They are going by a script. I have dealt with five reps! Nothing resolve! Just horrible. The last rep tried to blame on my Xbox One S audio and told me to contact Xbox Support. Xbox had me triggering ports, changing the settings, and everything. They said its APEX LEGENDS! [Removed - CM]
Thank you all for getting back to us with your hardware. Sending this up to the team for investigation.

Hey blueberry. Just wanted to let you know i am still unable to hear teammates in game or for them to hear me on my xbox one x. Any updates heading into the one month anniversary of the issue?

Is there a ban thing that's part of the Xbox Live thing ???, Are you sure they didn't block your comms ?

Yes, there is. I'd definitely take a quick look at this to get an idea of how Xbox manages enforcement within the community.

The Apex Legends team is aware of these reports, however we do not have any updates to share at the moment. Here is a workaround below provided by @ErikTheRed91

TEMPORARY FIX:
I read this on another site and I could hear players for a few games, then it stopped again. Go into settings and turn Voice to Text on and off again. There are TWO"Voice to Text" options, one is in gameplay and one is in audio. Do it in both.
Hope this helps for some people, it worked for a little bit for me. I'm going to try it again tonight.
