Waiting for game crash potential solve

I will be adding a .txt file with the guide in it on this post 

For almost a solid month I have had the issue (Launching through both EA and Steam) of Apex crashing itself and my computer once it hits “Waiting For Game” screen. I have searched forever , read all the forums, watched countless YouTube videos and nothing helped. I verified the game through Steam, I uninstalled reinstalled, I changed firewall settings, Changed application and user security settings, and none of it worked for me.
