WEEK 2 STILL NO CROSS PROGRESSION!!

I'm finding it just *, I've also been waiting for 3 weeks now and like someone else said I don't even wanna play until, then you guys proceeded to say keep playing but I don't wanna play without any of my stuff, I'm a level 13 with absolutely nothing and as I keep playing the game gets boring cause I have NO ONE I actually want to play id honestly rather you guys  should've made this done in earlier seasons like season 3 or 2, cause then the 1000$ I put into this game I'd actually be able to use but instead I gotta wait while all these popular streamers and other famous people just get what they want cause they put more money to your game

How are you a community manager lol...? 
We likely arent playing on those platforms because we UPGRADED or for some other reason cant access the previous platform. Why would we downgrade again just to play apex? So yes. we in fact, do have to stop playing a large majority of us because why waste a bunch of time or money unlocking things weve already unlocked and have been blatantly told we wont be reimbursed in any way for? 
Like maybe wed just say screw it and keep grinding it out, but any duplicates we get of ANYTHING including levels just get ****ing nuked the second you actually do what youve been saying for years you "couldnt" and now "are" doing?

Make it make sense.

Edit: It also makes even less sense when you consider that during this mess of a roll out you decide to do "Apex's biggest event to date"

Why would you blow that money on Post Malone and a new game mode and skins when you coulda put that time and money into doing the thing you already promised us youd be doing?!

Sorry in advance for the longwindedness lol. So I originally played on PS4 and then got a new PC, got rid of PS4 and decided I would wait until cross progression became a thing. Along the way I did play here and there on PC but the constant reminder that my original stats, all my skins, all my progress was being left behind was too much to ignore so I was patient. I played a lot in year 1 and season 1.  So you can imagine how excited I was that actual cross progression was being followed through with. Told my son that we were gonna start playing Apex once my account was merged. That was almost a month ago. I am continuing to be patient. However, I see all the new seasonal stuff, events going on, and my FOMO is raging. If I were to just play on PC and make seasonal progress and a week from now my account is merged, I would obviously choose my PS account data to merge forward all that progress and potentially lose any progress I had made on my steam account as far as seasonal content. So its kind of a trick bag. Unless I am misunderstanding how this merge works. I will have to chose one of my accounts to use as primary data and would chose my PS account data. Since I haven't actually played any of this season on PS4/5 I would then have no progress once I chose that account data to use as my primary for merging. If that is the case then my options are to have fun now but have all that progress wiped, which the progress is part of the fun and draw. And then I would still be behind all that time I wasn't able to play seasonal content and event content on my merged PS/PC account. Or I wait and still lose all that time working on seasonal content etc....So basically the same choice lol or am I mistaken?
