You can upload files to Imgur if the file is too big.
An image would probably make things more clear for us. 🙂

Okay I've done so and you can find it at https://imgur.com/gaR5jtW Sorry if it's alittle zoomed out, but if you look near the top of the screen you can see the grid like issues I was mentioning. It's especially noticeable on the red logo near the top left.
