@1k1llsw1tch7 I had actually managed to get into a live chat in the past, but even they told me there's nothing they can do and I could just a create a new account. Of course they can do something! And if they are actually.too restricted to do anything, EA should completely rework their support workflows from scratch. It's just more than frustrating.
As a little note about why I had been banned: I'm playing on Linux and EA had failed to include files necessary for the anticheat to work on Linux and Valve fixed it 24 hours later with the next Proton update. I was unlucky and have happened to play during that time period and played without a running Anti-Cheat. No chance of recovery. Something has to be done! Most people from that incident had been unbanned, but I haven't and all my attempts are used up. I had actually briefly been unbanned, but one day later I got another ban out of the blue, although I haven't even known about the unban and haven't played in that period. Again banned for "supposed" cheating. And the worst part is that my attempt counter or whatever has not changed. At this point, this has caused me so much frustration that even if I was unbanned now, I might not have the will to even play anymore and I wouldn't want to support EA and their doings at all. (And the likelihood that they will migrate Apex Legends to their own anti cheat is high, so I would probably be unable to play anyway.) It's just plainly stupid.
