When healing shields as Loba during the Holo-Bash event, I get kicked

When attempting to heal my shields as Loba during the Holo-Bash event, I get kicked and an error screen pops up saying "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again." followed by "weap...

@xREAL_PARAMOREx Which platform are you playing on? Have you checked any other legends out to see if this happens as well?

It's on Xbox One. And it's not a one time thing. I've been able to recreate it several times over. It's only with Loba, and it's when I use the shield cells. I've also noticed that if I select the shield cell manually, I don't have this problem, but to be fair, this wastes precious time that could prevent me from dying in game.
When using a shield cell, it pulls up a shield battery instead, the game freezes, and then that error message pops up.

  Hey @xREAL_PARAMOREx Thank you for the information, I can share this with my team. Wanted to know each time it crashes does it also pull out the shield battery instead of the cell?
  
  If possible I would also like to see if any troubleshooting changes anything about this, can you try these first steps and see?
  
  Persistent Storage
  
  Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
  
  Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
  
  Alternate Mac:
  
  Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
  
  Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
  
  Select restart

    I haven't encountered the glitch again since I reset my MAC address.. I've tried to recreate it, but when the guns switched around it was fine. It only happened when her loadout was a Mozambique and an R301.
